You can send any number of SMS in a day. As a bulk sender you can use send via file option and send thousand of SMS in a second.

How many time a SMS take to delivery?
SMS delivery depends on traffic on network, Some time it will take time when more Traffic on mobile network. In short codes “Two Way SMS” reply will work on same way.

How can I get DATA BASE?
From ZAPAK SMS, you can order any type of database as you needed. Just dial ZAPAK Customer care no: 0141-4036663

What will be validity for SMS Packs?
SMS packs has their own validity like one year or unlimited. Most of client chooses unlimited validity packs because it has no fear to loose.

What if I forget my password?
Go to our "Forgot Password" page and follow the instructions there. Your information can then be sent to you via e-mail or SMS

Can I change my personal details?
Log into your account using your username and password and click on “Preference" link.

Can I set schedule for Group SMS?
Yes, You can set proper schedule for group SMS. Time and date can be set in scheduler
